    Hello all once again.

I am about to start working an alchemist (again).
I know I have to get several kegs ready for this, so no worries on that.
    Just wondering two things really:
    1. Is there anyone on the server actively making/selling kegs?
    2. Is there a market for that if I did start making/selling kegs?

And then, if I am selling... whats the current regular value of a keg?

Mmm well yeah folk do sell kegs and potions...
And yeah folk do buy kegs and postions

I would pop around to a few vendors, get a better idea of price from them..You can charge more if you always have some for sale..folk will be willing to pay a bit more for yours if you always have some..Rather than going to 3 or 4 cheaper vendors who often run out

Step 1 is to figure out your costs to make each keg:
    upload_2018-3-17_10-52-27.png

These number hold true over an average since not all are 100% chance of success. The DP takes A LOT of kegs to average out... like over 100.
All costs are factored using NPC Guild Cost and bottles as the end storage means except DP and GE. Wooden Kegs actually add about 200g to the cost.

Step 2 Answer the question... What is my time worth? Time to craft, time gather the resources needed

Step 3 Figure out how you are going to sell these... Forum, vendor shop, special orders etc

Step 4 Check competitions prices, For example, I have seen kegs of GH on vendors for 33-3500g. checking the chart above and adding 200g for a keg, the cost to make that keg is just under 3100g. Given the answer to #2, is it higher or lower than your expected profit margin of 200-500g per keg
