Up for auction is the small house at the northwest corner of the Cove GY. A small tower won't fit here as far as I've tested but I'm almost sure any of the workshops will. Starting Bid: 50,000g Minimum Bid Increment: 10,000g Reserve Price: 100,000 Buy Out: None stated but I reserve the right to take any reasonable offer from anyone interested in making one.
