None of us know who this is. For the longest time I thought it was @Erza Scarlet. This person is in CPU but has never once came in our mumble or even chatted with us

I said I thought it was you. Not that I actually knew. The only reason I thought that was I thought I saw you place a house where my old villa was. After that I saw lugia obviously I was mistaken though. Either way lugia may be a CPU member who has never actually spoken with any other CPU members besides Meradin and Sniz.
I can't really understand what's going on in this thread, but it looks like Lugia came out the victor. He should be promoted.
