Half the times I'v attempted to solo Balrons with my 183 HP frenzied ostard it lives. Any dexxer/tamer with GM lore/vet and the full 100 dex for 3 second heals would be able to solo balrons using that steed.
Better stock up on equine dramamine... this thing will be living on a boat for the foreseeable future.
