S/B The keep placement situation has been discussed throughout the last couple of years. I believe it is the zoning for the dungeon entrance that prevents it if I remember correctly. There was a time when not even a tower could be replaced here.
Bump for my buddy Carl and his amazing set of properties. If the entrance zoning issue is ever fixed or 'toned back' for whatever reason, then this purchase shall be the best one you've ever made. Having a large keep inside here would be awesome in itself to own, but if you were to sell it the value would be so much more. Either way, that hinges on the aforementioned zoning issue outside the entrance. A keep should fit here and it does on many other shards. Who knows what the future holds! my 2c.
