Do people sell forts or castles anymore?

Been away awhile and Im just curious if people sell these large houses at all anymore. Went through pages of this forum and didn't see any...

unlikely, people who own those bought it for ridiculous amount of money and now that the market crashed they’d rather refresh it than sell for what they are worth

Just won the marble island lot 6 large keep. Considering selling it if the price is right

should limit to 1 castle 1 keep and 1 tower per player or 5 towers or something.. to many empty houses that are tower size even marble. , but opinions will vary :/ hell even 2 keeps or 2 castles per. shouldnt be any land barons
