Bro... I think the world of you and have enjoyed playing with you a ton. I remember the good old days back when we had nothing on this server and Blaise had everything. I remember when Upgrayded was the biggest thorn in my side. But... honestly, Occlo is the new moonglow. That cabin of yours, now that the rune library is gone, gets low traffic. 60 million, 30 million... hell even 10 million is gonna be a lot to throw out for anyone that isn't trying to vendor. I wish you luck with it, and I have been surprised before... but I think you get 8 million max.
