typically in an idoc group you get your percentage discounted assuming they are a 4 man team fek payed 5.25m after his 1.75m discount the other 3 get ~ 1 mill each of that 5.25m they set a high price point for a shit fort on dagger which wouldn't exceed 4 mill on a good day in the current market. they were testing to see if they could get any bites and were willing to take a loss in order to help a friend get a cheap fort. i doubt fek actually paid 5.25m. he is not that much of a tard to overbid is he? insider trading and price gouging. that is why fek lead with an early first bid (to tempt the would be dumb ass). it could also serve as a price point for future sales. just my theory
If you guys only knew how it really worked you would realize how silly you sound accusing these guys of any type of wrongdoing. I don't care to explain, nor do I think it will do any good. What I can tell you is that as a former member of that very profitable business I wouldn't bat an eye to bid on their auctions or against them.
Fret not Fek, I got ya covered! Think I have a couple kicking around somewhere.... I'll swap ya for that stack of plat Theory is sound, but wrong. It actually went more like; 'oh damn, guys, I want this spot, how much?' "well we gotta get it first" 'yeah but how much?' "what these things go for these days, 30mill?" '....guys.....' "more like 40" 'comeon.....' "how bout we just list it and see what it goes for just in case anyone else wants it?" 'awwwwwww ok' Enjoy your new crib Fek, the CY secure?
Thanks for the feedback, this thread was somewhat clarifying once you guys got your panties in a twist. I forgot cynic runs with you guys at times.
