Copied from AC's post from when I purchased this propert: North Tower: Can mine from 9 different tiles on the roof (can hit a different spot from each ladder - except the one on the front). I've gathered 1000's of ingots using gargoyle pickaxes mining here. Villa: Elemental Trap set up inside just for fun... do what you will with this one. South tower: I have used this as a storage facility It's currently not set up to mine from the roof (can mine a few tiles from it now) but if the house is removed and replaced slightly south there are 9-10 different mineable spots from the roof (did this on test). It's a great valley to mine from or to just live peacefully. There's absolutely no spawn (other than elementals you can spawn). Can even place kegs/candelabras under the wings of the North tower to prevent people from running in the valley (items under tower wings do not decay). Mining from the rooftop with gargoyle pickaxes.. how I did it was I'd mine up all the elementals (they spawn under the house sign) then stand on the ladder above the door to aggro them.. then they walk inside and are trapped (stool trap). Then just EQ/poison field them down. Rinse and repeat every hour or so (whenever the mining nodes respawn). Auction is for all three houses in one lot. How the transfer will work is - payment will be made in full for the first house transfer. Then the other houses will be transfered. I'll accept gold, platinum @8k per, holiday coins @5k per and blessed runebooks, Ethys, and other plat rewards at plat value. If paying with plat/holiday coins those must be transferred to me first at a bank - then we'll proceed with the house transfers. SB 5m BI 100k B0 10m 24hr high bid wins
