EOI: Looking for interested parties at a new yew vendor mall. The yew beaut shopping mall

I have recently been gifted a spectacular vendor location by Blackeye when he left and i would like to do the right thing by him and put this property to good use.

The location of this small marble is spectacular - very close to the moongate and the first vendor house you will see when travelling east.



I want this vendor mall to have a focus on craftables/consumables amid all the spawning rares shops that seem to be around.

I am looking to rent out vendor spots for the following goods. This list is all over the place i wrote stuff down as i thought of it.

Bandages
potions
bulk regs
runebooks - empty and location sets
arrows/bolts
GM bows, xbows, heavy xbows
crafted house addons - anvil, forge, loom - etc
full spellbooks
GM DP poison weps
Scrolls of different varieties
Blank scrolls
GM tools - sewing kits, shovels, alchemist tools etc
Boats
bulk timber
bulk leather
bulk ingots
bods
bod rewards
fishing nets
mibs
level 1 maps
level 2 - 7 maps (only listed separately because lvl 1 is usually from fishing
Amibs - hard to keep stock of but rather than sell on forums sell them via vendor
GM armour - leather, chain, ringmail, bone etc
Magic weps and armour
peculiar meat
containers
amib chests.

While i want these to be the focus i will also allow 1 (one) spawning rare vendor to be here. if multiple people wish to sell on them they must come to their own personal agreement.

for anybody interested i am offering the first fortnight free of charge to place a vendor there to gauge potential business to determine what is a fair rent price.

contact me in any way you want - but each item will only be allowed to be represented by 1 vendor so people arent lowballing each other just to get sales. that means first come first serve.

well you guys are more than welcome to start up as soon as you want.. if the place doesnt take off quick then i will extend the rent free period for getting in early.

also - this list is not a definitive "this is the only stuff that can be in here" kind of list. this is just what i could think of. if you have anything else you would like to be able to sell just ask me and ill let you know if its ok.

Threw up 2 vendors help start it up with a few tmaps,fish nets,mibs ect made 40k in less then 24hrs. Spot is Premium!
