Still an awesome convenient location, just putting it in perspective compared to the other properties nearby. I'm sure who ever ends up with it will make a good chunk of change with the right mix of vendors. Wish I had the cash but I'm trying to save for a larger home

Sure you can. How about you test it? The precise movements and locations of the bankers may change among shards. For instance, in the demo, only the area north of the bank had bankers within range. Here on UOR the top and bottom of the bank have the best coverage. In fact, this new marble workshop has better banking than the larger marble patio just north.

Also, to put this in perspective, there are only 9 properties on the whole shard that have even a chance at banking. The 2 in Occlo are perpetually closed/undeveloped. Here in Yew there are 7 spots with banking: 1 is boarded up, and 2 have tumbleweeds. This new marble workshop has better banking than the log cabin to the west and the 2 underused villas to the south.

Actually, you can move this house closer to the bank. Test it for yourself if you like.
