I recall being able to eat these if they were locked down in houses steps etc regardless of friended or not im trying to do this now and i can not eat the fish locked down not on co owner or friended alts , Not 100% sure if this is meant to be like this here but other shards i have been able to eat, i liked eating other peoples fish
