We are selling this small house (was able to successfully place a sandstone, so you may upgrade if you want) near the Brit Moongate, a couple of screens NW. I have no intentions of keeping this house/location, so let me see a few fair/reasonable offers and I will probably let it go... I know its not the best location in all of UO... but its also not all that bad of a location either... Perhaps I should have said, we already have plenty of prime locations, so whoever wants this spot just let me know and I will drop it for you... why don't I just drop it now? glad you asked... because i'm an idiot... and I like to do things the hard way... and since dropping the house only takes a moment, and posting this thread takes longer... the obvious winner is, of course, this thread... hope that clears things up a bit...
This is prime, no idea why people havent snapped it up. On a populated server this would make a kick ass vendor house.
