    Dear Staff,

    I am filing a Freedom of Information request to verify if the moderator who calls players "pigs" who argue with the infamous MikeK is in fact MikeK himself.

    It’s a quote from Babe, I was amused. Although, I thought the literal meaning was rather apropos as well. Maybe that is why I gave it a sensible chuckle.

    I thought it was funny, he didn't call anyone a pig directly he quoted a line from a children's movie signifying that the topic was to be ended.

    If this was a serious concern about staff conduct I would have a report, a Pm or a IRC message about it. You neglected to even include a link to the situation in question so players/staff could look for, and judge, for themselves if this was an issue.

    This is simply trolling, targeting a player/group of players you do not like.

    As for the accusation made by this player...

    One would guess that if MikeK was a moderator (he is not) he would have ban hammered the lot of you long ago. :)

    It would be safe to assume it is not someone you know, and someone I asked to help moderate this community while having no connection to it so that the moderation can be applied fairly.

    The conspiracy theories do not help however, so lets drop the pretense of "accusation of the month" relating to who our moderators are. The toxic behavior directed towards forum moderators/volunteers/staff is why we keep their identity private.

    Even so forum moderators have minimal privileges. They can read reports, and close/lock/delete threads and posts. Everything they do is reviewed by myself or another gamemaster. There is no access to emails, account names, or IP address information.
