game isn't loading

I tried to down load this game and a window came up Free down load manager is not properly installed ,didn't know what to do to fix it so I call tech support and they told me I can
not play the game on my PC ,kinda strange I thought. So I'm stuck as to what to do,anyone have any ideas I have windows 7

Did it have a few options and one being to play without it and not show this message again? If so I clicked that and have been fine

It sounds like you may have some malware that is redirecting links in your browser. There is no other application required to download the client from the website, here:

I recommend something like MalWare Bytes (to scan for and remove problems), and if you're using Internet Explorer, go to Google.com and see if you can install Chrome as an alternative browser.
