In order to use a pickaxe to spawn say... a marble elemental... do you have to have the mining skill required to mine the valorite ore? Or does the pickaxe allow anyone to spawn the elemental if they're so lucky?
The mining skill will need to be sufficient to mine up those kinds of ore, maybe one skill level behind since verite veins + a gargoyle pickaxe will yield valorite and marble elementals. Gargoyle shovels however require no mining skill to work.
