No offense Gideon, and I'm sure you have your reasons (profit being the most likely one)... but wouldn't everyone (yourself included) benefit if your prices more accurately reflected the markets? Seems most items at your shops are marked 10-25% higher than market value. And that's even on items that you have a multitude of. I know I would personally give you more of my business if I felt your prices were more in line with their actual market value. Just my .02.
