Your idea's always grant inspiration wizard! I'm fairly certain the staff might be able to make links workable from these books, (If they aren't already?) links to the website or the map, the guides... maybe even the irc, forums ect. (maybe the young could start with those links in their newbie book) ... a book of Pop'ups as it were.
