High Level Peacemaking increases slowing down a lot

Do the creatures nearby matter when you self-target peacemaking?

I can't find cut-and-dry answers on peacemaking - most focus is on provo. I'm almost at 90.

I dug through "out of the box" RunUO code, and it didn't seem to matter, though we don't know if that changed here. However, the creatures--if they matter--can be other blue players, so either way, you're good if you macro it standing outside a bank.

Never knew if it made a difference but I almost made sure I raised peacemaking next to occlo bank.

I definitely hit GM Peace by just running a Peacemaking macro, while standing at the bank, and just targeted myself. Takes a solid 8 hours from 99 to 100 if I remember correctly.

I am currently working my third bard skilled character up and I have found you can macro provoke to GM on pirates is about 8 hours and then spend 80h on peacemaking.
