How active is PvP?

Hi, we want to start playing here with a few friends but one friend of mine told me open world pvp was dead in this server. I want to ask you guys whether is this true or not. Can we find active pvp in bucs or whatever? Are there enough PK/faction action?

Factions is pretty dead.. but you can find people to fight/pk if you look hard enough.

I see fights going on all the time. More groups out there fighting the better and more active it will become regardless. Get a guild going, start champin, going to idocs, hell you can hop on irc and someone will always be down for fights.

PvP isn't how it was back in the day where you go to a gate and people are constantly fighting. There are always ways to get creative and find fights ya just gotta get out there

PVP here is the slowest Ive seen it in years.

I think it's been much more active than before Halloween last year. You must be on at wrong times or something

Maybe but heres what I know- TT is gone, COM crew is either gone or running Christmas scrolls in safe little instances, K*P guys arent even around much anymore, even PAX doesnt have bart or Iago following him around much atm. Theres a few new reds and and A guys on at weird times because half of them are euro players. If you are looking for regular fights nightly with 4-8 guys you simply will not find it here AT THIS TIME.

I miss fighting you balian. I saw Lora the other day but she ran because some other reds were on screen id never seen before i think she thought i was with them.

I was looking for Combat Looter, my man pulled a Houdini & disappeared. Lets get some fights in this weekend.

PvP hass been pretty good this week.

@Orange doesnt play much so I dont agree with his assessment. I had 4 to 5 KP guys at my door last night. Definitely doesnt qualify as "not around much anymore". CPU is dead though, this part is true.

Factions need to be condensed into one city. That would help.

Unfortunately, no pvp changes will ever come. Only PvM updates, and expansion of safe zones for all the pussies who can’t take any sort of grief.

The above statement is 100% true.

Why do you think something like this will never happen? If the majority of the pvp scene calls for change, I would imagine something should be done.
