I want a boat, can I buy a boat off a player vendor?

    Tried to buy one from the shipwright but apparently you also need a bunch of resources. Ultimately rather than gather resources I'd like to just buy a full boat off a vendor if that's possible. Is it possible? Anyone know any vendors that sell them if so? Any idea on price if doable?

    Thats right there craftable by players, If you go to vendors around yew / moonglow you will find them for sale :)
