I'm not too sure how easy this would be too accomplish... haven't looked at RUO in forever.... but I was thinking that the following addition to the to the interior decorator tool may be nice: < > Lock Flip Locking the flip (or whatever you want to call it) would basically just not allow that item to be rotated anymore (until unlocked) ... this way, when I unlock, relock down my table wall the grain remains flowing the same way every time (among other uses.)
I believe those items like tables will change orientation depending on what tile you are standing on and what tile you place the table on. My macro was something like this Unlock Table Pick up Table Put Table down on the next tile over (pause to step forward) Pick up Table Put Table down at my feet Lock Table ...and it never changed orientation.
Sure most of the person have addicted on interior design. Like me I too addicted on interior decoration.
