Sell separate imo. You won't get it all at once but I think it would help you get funds faster while adding different neighbors to the scene creating possible conflict and more activity in the future.

BI 100k Large Patio by the water

Hey bud, I notice your kind of new and I wanted to make sure that you understood that the SB (Starting Bid) for the house you're bidding on is 2 Mil. The BI (Bid Increments) refers to the lowest amount the original poster is happy to have bids after the SB is met increased by.

For example, if you wanted this house and placed the SB of 2 mil, the next person would have to bid 2.1 mil and so on and so on.

As no one else has bid you don't need to bid 2.1 mil, just 2 mil.
