I think it would be history perfected if a stable or stable NPC was added to Jhelom somewhere, which would make it one of the best cities. It would be a similar improvement in the way a bridge was added to connect Bucs Den bank and moongate together, even though that wasn't in the original game (at least not on Atlantic). That is all.
