My karma got locked when I saw using snooping to train dex. I'm suppose to be able to say a mantra at a shrine to unlock it. This is not working I have tried Justice, honor, honesty and sacrifice.
The fix for this should be on the next patch, until then you'll need to page in-game to get your karma unlocked. The reason this doesn't work is the default method of unlocking karma is to simply single-click a shrine, and select unlock karma from the context menu. Since we do not have the context menu, this ability no longer works. The mantra-speaking at shrines will work to unlock karma, it just hasn't been published yet.
