Selling a really great L-Shape house with a built-in +25 lockdown expansion (155 lockdowns vs the default 130). The small stone shop directly behind the house is included with the sale. This is a great vendor spot. I only sold books from here but made a lot of money just from that. Someone with bigger vending ambitions could do very well here. It is very close to the Britain Moongate, the Dueling Arena, and a very short walk to town. The area has no monsters, but monster camps do spawn nearby (they will never wander into this area) which can be great for holiday hunting (there are 3 camp sites to the east - snagged my first statue here). I like this spot, I have owned it. I would buy it, but I am really holding out for a large house spot this go around. Brit gate could be a happening vendor area
