The keep is located on the peninsula of the Justice Shrine and is just south of the Flower Grove and Candelabra Point. The area has low end spawn (ogres, trolls, air elementals, etc) and sparse spawn rates. During the Thanksgiving holiday I noted there was a fairly regular holiday spawn a screen to the south, and during the Christmas event there was a fairly regular spawn in the area of various Christmas event monsters (this year an elf even took up a short residence inside the keep). There is a unique cemetery just to the northeast named the Royal Britannian Cemetery, so you can pay respects to fallen heroes of Britannia. I cannot say exactly how secure the courtyard is. I have lived here for 6+ months and have not had any known intruders or detected anyone trying to get into the residence. But that does not mean there hasn't been anyone snooping around when I am offline. There are other runes for the courtyard besides mine but I am not exactly sure how many. If purchased all of my courtyard runes will come with the residence. In general the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors seem to be quiet and peaceable as far as I know. Decent area for collecting the resources of wood and fish. I will set an opening price of 1 mil. Gold only. Bid increments of 20k. B/O not set at this time. I will update this thread with an unfortunate post so not to mislead anyone who wishes to purchase this property. The backyard has been recently claimed and is no longer currently open.
