If you gave folks an itemized list of what's in the tower you might garner more interest mate. As it stands people assume you looted all the high value stuff and you're just trying to leave someone else to junk out the tower. The tower itself is worth 800-1.2 depending on interest. Folks don't have much interest in the other properties so they don't add much value beyond deed cost. They might pay 1.75 to 2mil or so for the complex though.
