    Hi UOR,

I'm finishing one of my fisrts chars here. But I have some doubts. I have a disco Tamer but I don't use it. It's a very boried for me. I enjoy more with the Dexxer. I had Resisting spells here, and I didn't found very useful on this char. So I'm going to switch it. Which option is better? I'm not afraid to travel using charges on runebooks, as my main scribe can provide. So I could give it a try without Magery (I know is a bit annoying but is impossible?).

Skills I'm thinking: Magery, Discordance, Provocation, Hiding. Lockpicking? for dungeon chests?

Also for hunting, its better slow big damage weapons or quick 1 handed weapons?

Also for melee weapon is the best option Fencing? Or its better mace for the Crushing/Stamina drain of Swords for the amount of slayers available?

    GM Fencing
    GM Tactics
    GM Anatomy
    GM Healing
    GM Musicianship
    GM Peacemaking

    Las 100 skill points???

    Thanks in advance!

    I forgot!

My stats are 100/100/25 so with GM magery I wouldn't use too much spells.

if you wanted to throw some versatility into your PVM you could train up archery too. That will really keep you out of harms way, it's costly to train and pain in the ass but for all the Halloween events coming up it would be worth it alone.

Does it worth the effort? I'm not sure if for day by day PvM having to weapon skills its necesary.

I've played an archer in OSI (the one I used for hunting High End mobs) but with Chivarly, I'm not sure if here archery is awesome for PvM.

I think provo or lumberjacking (with swordsmanship) are possible choices.
Peacemaking itself is not sufficient for high-end mobs especially when you do not have magery (cannot do resisting spells)
Provo allows u to solo high-end mobs such as dragons as you only need 1 successful provo (unlike peacemaking)
Lumberjacking is only for more damage

I am pretty new too and my main character is a peace dexxer
I have same build as yours, and 50/50 magery/resist as last 100 points, but am considering just training to 100 magery
However, I also want to try provo (only keeping 20 magery, and tactics down to 80)

Have always wanted to try farming with another peace dexxer.
PM me if you are interested.

IF you are intent on dropping magery, I would go Lumberjacking. And I agree with @LCH, drop peace for provo.

Another vote for Hiding. It really is an excellent pause button so long as it is used responsibly.

It's nearly indispensable to me, especially as a parent.
