Hi community, I'm looking a house for retirement, and a quiet live in UOR with only 1 house for living.

After discuss with some mates in game, some of them have recommended me Large Patios, Villa, SST, L shape houses, etc.

I've lived on SST, Sandstone, Log Cabinets and Villa. Being Sandstone and Log Cabinet the most comfortable for me.

Lot of people is recommending me go ahead with a Large Patio if I never tried one (it seems is easy to drop from outside).

What do you think? Could you provide me your thoughts about houses?

    Thanks in advance!

PD. If you have some house of this kind, please feel fre to pm me with it.

Patio houses are my favourite houses ever.

I wish there was a version without the counter divider but hey ho.

You can live extremely comfortably in a patio house and they're a lot of fun to deco.

Large bricks are awesome... No wasted space, 1 floor, 2 back rooms. So much you can do with them

Hi, I have no home for you. But I can say for sure that if you are satisfied with small houses, then a log house is a great option.

A log house is great for decoration and truly valuable and favorite objects you can fit in it. It is a lot where you can place and beautifully decorated. The safe zone inside can be made very simple, although in other houses this is also not a problem;)

I'm a fan of the log house and SST, I also like a small villa. It is very stylish and aesthetic! Like you, I really love small houses, they have a lot of comfort and real homely warmth!

My favorites are these 2 houses, they have a divine location and I can play without magic and have access to both the mountain and the subway, everyone has their own quirks)))

For a villa, I would consider only one place - Wind!

    Regards ;)

Hi @Drave ... I'm willing to sell you my large patio near both Ice & Wrong, it's a great PK house or just one for farming, quick run to the house from the entrance.

    Hey Drave,

I live out of 1 house too, and have slowly upgraded from sst, to log, to villa and now live in an L.

The L is my favourite, and I can't particularly see me moving to anything else as it has a good amount of space to decorate/store stuff. The only other one that's tempted me previously was the large brick, but obviously these 2 types of houses are harder to find and you may have to sacrifice location.

Message me in discord if you want to pop by for a look sometime.

    Cheers.

so Drave I ensure its lock each time I leave... and if I forget? would be a bit pissed but its just weapons/regs etc. I found it interfered with decoration too much on the L - a large brick would def be better if you're going to have a table barrier...

This is the reason I do not like large patio homes. Would be a great house without that dang counter, or a at least a pass through.

Villa and sandstone homes are nice because they have the outdoor open patio space to lock down items such crafting materials which are gathered.

Large patios would be 2x as great without the counter divider and a staircase to get on the patio without going through the home.

Marble homes always seem out of place for me.

Yeah marble home stick out like a sore thumb. Not sure how they ever got added in the first place. Just brutally bad.

@Pill how much do you want for that monstrosity in front of cove?

I just quickly made this, fence style is wrong but you get the idea. I think it would be amazing.

Rheannon posted this a while back. Makes a really nice internal space, though the new door should be a tile further East -
