    I'm buying a lock picking set of boxes: 30/30, 50/50, 100/100, and 1,000 lockpicks.

    This is definitely a hole in the marketplace. I can see someone profiting greatly by having a vendor with "Lockpicking Sets" containing the appropriate boxes and lockpicks available..
