I recently found this over looked but Exclusive, priceless house location 3 seconds from moonglow, 2 tiles away from Guard zone. Premium Spot. Shop while in the guard zone! I am looking to give back to the men and women of UO and provide my services in allowing rent free vendors to be placed in my shop! Here is a view of the location. As you can see, it is a tile or two from the three adjacent buildings right outside moonglow gate. All vendors would be placed on the first floor. Please contact Gunne if you are interested.
FYI, I lost a house here, forgot to refresh it.... Placed again, tried to sell, no takers, dropped it. Its been empty for some time. Takes a keen eye to recognize a house will fit and an even keener one to get the placement right ! Hopefully in the past two months we have grown population enough for folks to realize the Value of this property and you make a decent profit off of it
Yeah, it's one of those bizarre placements where a small marble will fit but a regular old 7x7 small won't. Kinda bizarre but definitely a keen little spot.
