Replacement found, thanks for looking! Looking for a reagent vendor at my Ocllo shop! Unfortunately demand is beyond what I am able to supply. It may not be next to a bank but it is extremely simple to stock with a single gate cast + gate macro (I will show you how to do it if you don't already know).
