Mana Regeneration Formula?

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I cannot find a UO Renaissance comprehensive formula for mana regeneration, passive and active, and intelligence, med, and armor modifiers. Also, does med have to be at a specific increment to get the bonus to mana regeneration?

If anyone just has a hyperlink, that would be sufficient.

No clue on where the exact formula would be found but I can tell you any armour, even 1 piece, above leather makes regen painfully slow
