Max stats question

I seem to be stuck at 223 stats, Str. 100, Dex. 98 and Int. 25...is this a bug or any advice on getting those last two points of dex?

Make sure you aren't wearing heavy armor.

Snooping. If you'e at 700 skill points use the "see saw"method. Snooping should do the trick.

the "seesaw" method is pointless here. use camping or herding while at skill cap and while camping or herding is at 0, pointed up, and with no room to gain. no need to seesaw. just have a skill that gains all stats pointed up. stats gain most when at low skill %. it may not make a big difference for 2 stat points, but when stating up a fresh character, it makes all the difference in the world.

and yeah... make sure you aren't wearing dex reducing armor.
