Hah, I fully agree that exhanging an ethy for anything below a keep would probably be overpaying. Then again Malek said he's looking for a small tower and up, which gave me the impression he's more interested in location... otherwise he could just post a "wtb keep, paying ethy" thread. Assuming that everyone prefers the biggest house you can get over a well placed, comfortable smaller house that sits well with the surroundings is unwarranted.
