I've added a new vendor location to UOR between the Jhelom bull pins. I have pec meat, scrolls, rune books for 400, or 500 for gm. Spell books for 2k, resources, and lots of other goodies. Come check out my low prices.

Discouraging play, scamming, guild farming, using more than 3 accounts, then mouthing off the Telamon when Tela tried to talk to him about the rules of conduct on the shard. He abuses Fel mechanics to grief people. Doesn't attack/turn red/grey but will follow tamers around and kill the bulls you try to tame. Train serps past them to kill them. If you bring another char to kill him to try and make him go away, he gives counts. etc. And he does this for 6-8 hours at a time, sometimes even longer. Non-stop. The most dedicated troll I've ever encountered in any videogame. srsly. Well he and a friend (who have since been discovered and removed) had infiltrated TnT and it's Discord so he knew where my tamer was going each time I moved to get away from him. He followed me to 4 locations, demanding 500k to stop. Reported him to Tela, Tela went to talk to him and he was combative and rude and cussed Tela out so he jailed him for that. Then upon investigation, the guy had been using 4 accounts as well. Not sure how long he's in the clink for, but in the meantime Jheom is (mostly) peaceful. SOF/SOLUSA/CPU still runs through for free counts so they can look like big time PKs but you don't have someone camping there for 6-8 hours anymore like Bvs was.

Oh yeah, I though some of the rage might have been from the hit I took on their Tower vault this past Sunday. Anyway cool about the new bull pens vendor!
