As seen in the picture, you can easily teleport to the roof of the nearby building. Not sure what purpose that could serve, but I figured I'd demonstrate it in the listing anyway. This will run in auction format with the following details: Minimum bid: 95,000g (just a hair over deed cost) No Reserve Buy-out: 150,000g No Trades but Platinum will be valued at 5k per piece towards the purchase price.
