NPC Guilds

    all of these were never really implemented into OSI UO, but i think it'd be kinda cool if we could think up some benefits for each guild here on Renaissance.

    not to be nitpicky but "Guild of Calvary and Horse" should be "Guild of Cavalry and Horse".....Im pretty sure it isnt a Guild for a Church in a stable......

    Seems like a cool idea. Maybe miners in the guild get a bonus when mining or perhaps after paying a hefty registration fee maybe they could have access to shovels and pick-axes that give bonuses to mining.

    The possibilities are endless... good idea to give lil neat boosts to guild members in these associations.

    I remember some of those guilds. If memory serves correctly joining the Mages Guild you could
    buy regents for one gold less than other players.
    I would enjoy seeing these guilds implemented again.

    So has the classic design been implemented yet? Like can I join a Warriors guild and see a 10% discount with vendors the guild is associated with? I hope this system is in place, not just the NPC faction guild system, that would be a shame. I kind of liked the idea from a role-playing perspective, plus the small benefits of discounts. I know it's not a lot, but for newer players it could help.
