if my tamer is only at 58.00 (never on him to train)...can I take possession of a mare/dragon to stable, or do I have to wait?

You will have to wait. The lowest I ever transfered a mare was something like 94 taming and gm lore. And it is impossible to give commands at that lvl, all you can do is stable it

k, thanks. I am dreading the taming macroing . I gm'd my tamer back in the day "naturally" it did take a long time, but damn if I didn't play on him most of the time afterwards, lol.
