This is the first post, of many, that will be chronicling our adventures as a guild! First up: The Ophidian and Titan Offensive 9.25.14 Participants: Krake Vestahl Gen Arya Sethos We started of at the guild house near Minoc. We decided to seek out the Ophidians in the Lost Lands. We called a guide, who knew his way around the Lost Lands, and who he himself had recently had a run in with the Ophidians; Tomah of Thamara. He took us to Delucia, set up a gate for us to the Ophidian Palace far to the north, then with a tip of his antlers, bid us good luck. We were off! We arrived and were immediately besieged by many foul creatures. A matriarch tried to subvert us, but to no avail. We entered the palace as discretely as we could. But they had guards posted around every corner. After dispatching said guards, we took refuge in a small room, gathered our strength, and moved forth through the rest of the palace. After the palace had been cleared. We ventured back into the sands. Krake had his two newest members duel some of the Ophidians who had not yet been cleansed. They performed admirably. From there, we heard tale of some monstrous beast lurking further to the west. So we kicked the sand from our boots, and ventured into the ravines of Titan Valley. And there it was! The Colossus! With footsteps that shoot the very foundation of the mountains, it came at us full bore. We stood strong. We did not bend. We did not break. And with a might crash, the Colossus fell, spilling its gold, armor, and very life essence amongst the adventurers. Then who should appear? Vlar of Stormhold! A chance meeting, it seems. We exchanged pleasantries and told him of our victory over the scourge of this land. Moving south, we dispatched the remainder of the Colossus' minions. Wearied and overdrawn, we took our leave and returned to Delucia to divide our well gotten plunder. The adventure at and end. We have scars and bruising that serves as our trophies of triumph! Back at the guild house. Gen, the Reaver mentor, was promoted for his outstanding valor in battle, and the grandmastery of his arcane skills. Gen is known now as Reaver Prime. Well done to all my guildsmen this day. You fought bravely and wisely (sometimes those two do not go hand in hand). Great job on felling the mighty Colossus!
