No, he did not get the houses for deed price. He made a silly offer and was given a silly reply. That's all.
How the fuck it a silly offer? You put up 5 houses for 100k over deed, had NO interest a day later, no other comments, no bidders and 3 likes on the auction. So I offer you deed price for them, because it doesn't look like anyone else is interested and I don't value them at 500k for the pair. You could of negotiated, said no but deed +50k and I would of gone with it. Thats not a silly answer, thats a legit answer, It's exactly how I sold a log cabin yesterday to another player.....I met him there and did the trade.
