Patch B9: July 25th 2012 - Registration System, Misc Changes

  • Added an initial version of an interactive mapping utility for the Ultima World - Ultima Online World Map
  • Incorporated a test list of houses for testing purposes until the server goes live.
  • Once the server is live this website will show a current picture of all the houses on the server, updated every 30 minutes.
• Renaissance Forums
  • Minor update to the forum settings for avatar and signature image size limits
  • Signature Images my only be 200 Pixels High, and 800 pixels wide
  • Avatar Images may only be 125 pixels high and 125 pixels wide.
  • Added an "Other" forum.
  • Enabled topic icons in the general discussion and trade forums.
• Animal Taming
  • Adjusted the follower limit from 5 to 8. This is a deviation from the Renaissance era but allows for more balanced animal tamers.
  • Verified that taming calculations are based on a max of 100 animal taming and 100 animal lore.
• Vendor Changes
  • Removed Commodity Deeds from the Bankers. (Details Here)
  • Added Shepards Crooks to the Animal Tamer
  • Removed the plant crafting bowls from the provisioners (pending ERA Review)
  • Minor adjustment to the price of boat plans.
  • Minor adjustment to the price of fortress deeds.
  • Updated the sell rates for magic weapons/armor to be more in line with the Renaissance era.
  • Adjusted scribes to stock 20 scrolls initially versus the defaulted value of 999 (Why Runuo, Why??)
  
  
• Registration System (See Pictures Below)
  • Implemented a new registration system to allow for improved player management of their contact information, options and passwords
  • This system will allow you to easily see your linked email accounts, change them, and register your account.
  • You can also use the profile command to change your password and various other account options.
  • This new registration system is accessible via the profile command.
    Note: All changes to the profile information require verification of your password to provide an additional level of security
    Note: Your email address is stored in the same location as your account name and is not accessible to our staff. This information is used only for account verification purposes.
    
• Housing
  • Houses have been updated to allow monsters entry into the house as would be expected.
  • Banning of monsters now works properly
  • Monsters will be removed automatically from the ban list during the next server restart should the monster no longer exist.
  • Kicking of monsters via the remove thyself command is now working properly.
  • Minor update to how locked down containers are handled in order to allow any player access.
• Items
  • Resolved a minor problem with key rings being unable to be used when in your backpack.
  • Public Moongates no longer hide you as you are transported to the selected location.
  • The Delay to use player created moongates has been reduced from 1 seconds to .5 seconds.
• Bulk Order System
  • Updated the Bulk Order Deed Rewards for tailoring and removed the neon hues from the reward list.
  • Added Bulk Order Books as a reward for small BOD turn ins.
  • Also removed the neon sandals and replaced them with non neon hues.
