Patio House

How hard is it going to be to find a spot to throw up a patio house near some mountains for mining?

Rather difficult to just find an open spot but patio houses do not sell for a significant amount over deed cost (unless there is something special about the location) so you should be able to buy one without breaking the bank.

I can sell a log cabin next to a mountain for deed. Best I can do.

Near mines, probably nil chance... there are definitely villa spots around mines though.. just gotta look everywhere.

You will encounter spots that fit patios in regular places, i.e grass, woods, etc.

i have a mountainside sandstone you can have for 5k over deed price if you want it. it would have val armor and some decent magic weapons in it to Fiore, so you would pretty much win win . just a offer and in no hurry to sell either
