Come be my neighbor! The location is just East of Skara. There is only one previous owner, which is Russell. The lower level comes with basic furniture. The roof is a custom design that enables full access without the use of ladders. This keep has had its lockdown capacity expanded to facilitate the cloth on the upper level being locked down. I promise not to PK you at your house (i live just NW along the coast). Also to the immediate NE is Wispfelt. The price is set at 2m and plat is valued at 7k each.
i guess if i was going to listen to blaise about something it would be house pricing. it's a bit hard to believe he'd have anything objective to say about anything that i'm personally selling, though.
Considering the location, the astroturf, and the inevitable scarcity of lkeeps, 2m is not unreasonable. Detect hidden, keep a table barrier up, and jump on the CY moat thing if/when they get released, and you're all set. It's been said many times, there are very few CYs out there that are 100% secure.
It's pretty close to town, on grass, and you can be my neighbor. Also Liberation has been here a long time and has a good reputation. I think it's worth 2 mil.
I was going back and forth with this all night. I ultimately decided I didn't want to spend my nights sleeping near the laptop waking up every hour to make sure my connection wasn't lost or the pets didn't die or something else stupid that happens when not attending. I don't envy those nights and I don't wish to do that again and for some reason I like it. Training dragons/mares was almost an addiction to me in this addictive game in itself. Bottom line: buying a keep would allow me to train and I am happy with my current stable right now. Glad you sold it tho, L. And grats on the awesome keep LanDarr.
It's a set price, not an auction, and the value is within reason for a keep previously owned by those with potentially nefarious histories on the shard. This can be evidenced by the fact that there's a pending sale already. Well played Lib, unfortunately you've never picked up on my tendency to keep subjectivity out of business, as often as I can manage it.
Occasionally, but even my worst enemies get the normal professional business that I'm known for. Just ask SteelyDan about our most recent transaction.
