This house would be excellent for holiday events as its on an island in a perfect spot. Or if you're into fishing or pirating you have your own peninsula. Due to the current housing market I don't see this garnering much interest, but I don't mind keeping it for myself as fall and winter are quickly approaching. This is on the tip of Horseshoe Island.
