To be announced: Every thing Rules: All Vendors must be at least but no less then 100 tiles from gate. Must have at least three vendors selling different Good Category's. Must rotate Stock at least Once every 2 Months. For instance: don't sell every single carpentry item on one vendor, have items you rotate in and out. If you are found to be scamming or harming other players in any way under P.V.S's gating service/name. It will be dealt with how i see fit. Must buy a communications crystal broadcaster and receiver and fill it x+20,000 Charges. Broadcaster must be placed where the bot can receive it. Once the broadcaster is locked down and you have traded Miss Hornigold the link, filled Receiver and a marked rune "named". Gates will start showing up to your vendors. Must maintain the crystal. If your broadcaster crystal goes out you will be suspended till the crystal is refilled to x20,000+ charges.
