I have owned about all the houses but I have always stayed away from the L shape. Not sure why. Anyway I just placed one and I jet can't quite seem to figure out a good way to lay it out with a crafting and runes etc living space . Please Share your pics to help me get ideas.
I've used the L-shaped foyer to place my secure containers and runebooks. I am able to use it as a staging area. As the other rooms are locked, I don't worry about gating out from there. Though, I always use detect hidden. The back room on the bottom floor I use for all my locked down containers and my crafting supplies. The upper room is just decorated and doesn't see much use.
