Price Check on Yew Bank Villa

    This is the south east corner of Yew bank villa.

    Thoughts on price?

    Small tower above you went for ~ 5mil... I would think 2x the house would be 2x the price... However the premium is the proximity to the bank, so it may not be an exponential value

    Both houses have the same premium... the difference is the deed price and more versatility with the design... villa over small tower...

    Auction it without a buyout and start it at 4M. The small tower above it surprised a ton of people for how much it went for and people were allegedly willing to pay more than the b/o.
