It said my profile was corrupted this morning when I opened Razor, and indeed, my hotkeys were all gone. Is there anyway to recover this? In general, has this been an issue before? Luckily, I've been playing enough recently to know all of my hotkeys by heart and I can easily redo them, but this is still annoying. Thanks for any help or advice.

Happened to me recently, when I had to restart my machine due to something frozen. I've started emailing myself the files about once a month to keep an archive.

Since this happened to me a couple of weeks ago I never reset them so i have been playing with a 'naked' razor client. Other than some skill and spell short cuts i got used to its not so bad...

Great idea Dalavar_xmlMage I will make sure to start backing up my profiles as well.

    Cheers

This is fixable to a degree.

Find the damaged profile. Open it with something like Notepad++. Transfer the hotkeys section from the bad profile to the good profile.

yeah, I think this would be a good failsafe or just making a copy and putting it into an alternate directory or a thumbdrive...
